This document certifies the registration of citizens of an EU member state, or of another State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, in the Central Register of Foreigners.

FLORIDA BAR - FOREIGN LEGAL CONSULTANCY
The Rules Regulating The Florida Bar (RRTFB) allows for foreign attorneys to become certified in Florida as Foreign Legal Consultants (FLCs). These FLCs are recognized to provide guidance and services on the laws of the jurisdiction under which they are admitted to practice, but not to allowing services on the laws of the US. This is governed by Chapter 16 of the RRTFB, which are available for reference (link to Chapter 16).
